Cancellation Policy

How do I make changes or cancel an order?

Whoops! We’ve all been there. 

But please note that since we make the order as it comes in sometimes cancelling an order will be difficult. 

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once the fulfillment, in production or shipment process begins.

Items are custom printed. As a result, we do not accept cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges for these items unless there is a defect with the item. 

In the rare event that a Standin' Watch item is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement or refund if the defect is reported within 14 days. Regrettably, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.

If changes need to be made to the order  please email StandinWatch@gmail.com and give us:

  1. Name and email on the order.
  2. Order number.
  3. The changes that need to be made. (Please keep in mind we can not change the graphic, color or style on the order.  This will require you to make a draft order to replace the current order).

It is important that you act swiftly however, because some of our print facilities do not allow us to change or cancel an order once it has been placed with them.
